One literary element i recognize in this quote would probably be Irony, because its ironic that she in bed "sick" yet shes not sick to yell this out to Abigail. The second literary element is forshadowing because later on in the story you can refer back to this when Proctor is trying to prove that Abigail wants Elizabeth out of the picture that why she acuses her of witch craft.
